Just had another martian invasion, during blood moon one of those weird looking ufo's spawned and all you ahve to do is go into its sensor and it will turn red and fly away and it will instantly tell you that martians are invading. yes it can, i was stuck with the moon lord / martian event and a blood moon, endded pretty well but yeah its possible xD.
